We carried out a review of this prestigious, five star, city centre hotel as part of the sale of the Inter-Continental chain to Bass Resorts and Hotels Inc. Duties included a review of the existing services installations together with comments on the refurbishment works in progress and the planned improvement programme. The hotel comprises some 400 rooms and suites, and includes extensive banqueting and leisure facilities.
