We were appointed to carry out the detailed design of all HVAC, plumbing and drainage services for this high quality, fast track project. This hotel consists of 2 levels of public
areas, 7 storeys of bedrooms totalling 141 rooms including various multi-room suites and a presidential apartment. The project has 1,800m² of occupied space. The 6 week services detail design programme involves the production of 150
drawings, after which the services are installed in phases over 12 months.
