Foreman Roberts was appointed to provide mechanical and electrical services design for an offshore project for Qatar Petroleum Corporation on Halul Island, the main oil storage base for offshore operations. The project consists of a new fire training ground, contractor accommodation for 200 personnel, extension of fire water main and a new heliport building.
