Against stiff competition from other bidding teams, together with Jarvis Construction we were appointed for this premier Scottish PFI project to construct a new £9 million psychiatric hospital alongside the existing Ninewells hospital in Dundee.

Engineering services value is approximately £2million and includes a dual fuel (gas/oil) heating from a central boiler plant, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, BMS, standby power, lighting, power, communication and security systems.
The hospital includes twin dental suites with piped medical gases, vacuum and gas scavenging systems.
