This award winning building was developed by SEGRO for occupation by Fluor. The building was designed by  Nicholas Hare Architects and totals some 210,000ft2 in area. Foreman Roberts carried out the detailed design of MEP services in conjunction with Skanska Rashliegh Weatherfoil and Carillion.
